Shipping Options

LifeThemes Press ships from Dallas, Texas by the most common delivery services, including U.S. Mail, UPS, and FedEx. Both expedited and normal shipping options are available at checkout.

Orders are normally fulfilled within two business days of your order. In the unlikely event that an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of placing the item on backorder. For small orders (two pounds or less) we recommend using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (U.S. destinations only) for the best combination of cost and speedy delivery.

At checkout you will be provided with a variety of shipping options. Feel free to explore multiple options to find the most advantageous rate for your needs. The shipping fee includes a handling charge of $2.00 per packet or box.

Shipments to destinations in Texas are charged a mandatory 6.25% sales tax both on items ordered and the cost of shipping. We cannot waive this fee through the automated online payment system. Texas churches and non-profits who are exempt from sales tax may prefer to place orders by email. We will reply with an invoice which omits the sales tax charge, along with a link to PayPal, where the invoice can be paid.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as payments through PayPal. We do not provide direct online transaction by personal check. But customers with a PayPal account may use it to pay by check. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Foreign transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of the shipment. (Foreign transactions may incur a currency exchange fee from your credit card company or bank. We cannot anticipate this fee or waive it.) Your card will not be charged until shipment is made.

All online credit card purchases are transacted through a secure web site certified by Verisign.

Return Policy

Once an order is properly fulfilled, returns for credit must be pre-approved by LifeThemes Press. Contact us by email to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. In some cases a restocking fee may be required on returns. All returned items must be in resale condition.
